BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group recognized with Two Environmental Finance 2026 Sustainable Investment Awards

New York, NY – 29 June 2026 – BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group (BTG Pactual TIG) and Conservation International have been recognized with two Environmental Finance 2026 Sustainable Investment Awards.

BTG Pactual TIG’s Latin American reforestation strategy, for which Conservation International serves as Impact Adviser, has received the Innovation of the Year (Funds and Portfolios) – Americas and Sustainable Initiative of the Year – Global awards.

The awards recognize the strategy’s progress in advancing large-scale forest restoration and conservation alongside sustainable forest management across Latin America, including:

  • 14 new investments completed during the award period
  • More than 50,000 acres of native Cerrado restoration underway
  • Expanded community initiatives and research partnerships
  • Biodiversity outcomes delivered across strategy properties

BTG Pactual TIG and Conservation International continue to advance a model for large-scale reforestation and restoration that seeks to deliver durable climate impact, tangible benefits for rural communities, and meaningful biodiversity outcomes.
