Shea is responsible for developing and implementing Landscape Capital’s climate-positive forestry investment programs. She also supports TIG’s sustainability and impact initiatives. Prior to joining Landscape Capital, Shea advanced regional conservation efforts and market-based solutions for the LegacyWorks Group and two US state chapters of The Nature Conservancy. Shea has served as a Board Fellow for The Nature Conservancy in Connecticut, written for the Conservation Finance Network, and won ESRI’s map gallery competition. Shea received her B.A. with honors in Biology (Ecology) and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and her Master of Environmental Management with dual specializations in Conservation Finance and Business & the Environment from Yale University.
