Fund ESAP: The TRF Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) outlines actions and commitments to support environmental and social performance across the fund’s portfolio. These include the establishment and maintenance of the Fund’s Environmental and Social Policy, fund-level Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS), stakeholder engagement and grievance mechanisms, land acquisition procedures aligned with IFC Performance Standard 5, and other governance, monitoring, and reporting commitments. Each action identifies the responsible party, deliverables, and implementation timeline.

Fund ESMS: The TRF Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) provides the framework for identifying, assessing, and managing environmental and social risks and opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle. It includes procedures for E&S screening and risk categorization, due diligence, investment approval, ESAP implementation and monitoring, stakeholder engagement and grievance management, contractor and portfolio company requirements, incident reporting, performance monitoring, and governance arrangements, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to support ongoing oversight and continuous improvement.
